A little bit about me...
Ian Fox is a former Division 1 college basketball player turned real estate professional, bringing the same drive, discipline, and competitive edge that earned him California State Player of the Year honors in both high school and junior college. He played at Idaho State and Cal State Fullerton, where he developed a strong work ethic that now fuels his commitment to clients in the real estate world.
Real estate runs in Ian’s blood — his mother has been in the business for over 15 years, and growing up around it gave him early exposure to the ins and outs of the industry. That foundation, combined with his own experience, has shaped him into a knowledgeable and resourceful agent who prides himself on professionalism, transparency, and strong client relationships.
Currently licensed in California, Ian is also in the process of obtaining his real estate license in Cabo San Lucas. His goal is to help clients take advantage of opportunities in both markets while delivering a seamless, stress-free experience every step of the way.
Whether representing first-time buyers, seasoned investors, or international clients, Ian is known for being sharp, responsive, and dedicated to protecting his clients' best interests.
